Order Withdrawal

Effective: 20 July 2026

1. Pre-dispatch window

You may request withdrawal before packets are packed for your order. Submit the request through Track & Support or email sahilsaiyed607@gmail.com quoting your order reference.

2. Post-dispatch status

Once a consignment receives a courier pickup scan, withdrawal is no longer possible because packets are en route. Refusal at doorstep is subject to courier rules and our Seed Guarantee Policy.

3. Refund processing

Approved prepaid withdrawals return funds to the original UPI or wallet source within five to seven banking days.

4. Partial cancellations

Multi-line orders cannot be partially cancelled after packing begins. Place a separate order if you need additional varieties later.
