Seed Exchange Terms

1. Who these terms cover

These Seed Exchange Terms govern your use of Barakah Global when browsing, registering, or purchasing sowing seed packets across Flower Seeds, forage and fodder seeds, and fruit seeds for planting. By proceeding to checkout you confirm that you have read and accept this agreement.

2. Operator identity

3. Catalogue accuracy

• All prices appear in Indian Rupees (₹) and reflect the pack size listed on each product page.
• Photographs show representative packets; natural variation in seed colour, size, and lot marking may occur between harvest batches.
• Seasonal varieties may be substituted with an equivalent packet of equal or greater value when a listed SKU is unavailable.

4. Buyer eligibility

Account creation and checkout require a verified email address. Purchasers must be eighteen years or older, or purchase under supervision of a legal guardian.

5. Order acceptance

• A contract forms when prepaid payment succeeds or Cash on Delivery is confirmed on screen.
• Accepted payment methods include UPI and Cash on Delivery where courier service permits.
• Any COD handling fee is disclosed on the checkout summary before you submit.

6. Living product notice

Sowing seeds are agricultural goods. Germination after planting depends on variety, storage conditions, soil, moisture, and season. We cannot guarantee identical germination rates for every packet in a lot.

7. Governing law

These terms are interpreted under the laws of India. Disputes relating to orders placed here fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts near our Mumbai registration address.
