1. Packet preparation

Packets are moisture-checked and sealed in protective pouches suitable for the transit window quoted at checkout.

2. Dispatch cadence

Orders typically leave our Mumbai packing desk within one business day after payment confirmation, excluding public holidays and extreme weather holds announced on the homepage.

3. Delivery charges

• Prepaid seed orders above ₹500 include complimentary standard shipping unless a remote-area surcharge is shown at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery orders may carry a flat courier fee visible before order submission.

4. Coverage map

We ship to PIN codes served by our partner couriers across India. Unserviceable locations trigger an automatic cancellation and full prepaid refund.

5. On receipt

Keep packets sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity until planting. Report sleeve damage to the courier agent when signing proof of delivery.
