1. Purpose of this notice

Barakah Global collects only the personal information needed to operate this seed storefront, fulfil seed orders, and answer customer enquiries. We do not operate an advertising data brokerage.

2. Information categories

• Account profile: display name, email address, and optional phone number.
• Delivery details: recipient name, full address, and PIN code for courier routing.
• Transaction history: SKUs ordered, payment channel selected, and shipment milestones.
• Technical diagnostics: browser user-agent and error logs used strictly for fraud prevention and uptime monitoring.

3. Processing purposes

• Authenticate sign-in, verify email OTP, and maintain your order archive.
• Transmit packing instructions and contact numbers to logistics partners for last-mile delivery.
• Respond to tickets raised through Contact, Help Center, or Track & Support.

4. Third-party disclosure

Courier partners receive only the data required to deliver your packets. Payment processors receive transaction tokens necessary to confirm UPI settlement. We do not sell mailing lists or purchase histories to third parties.

5. Your controls

Request correction of inaccurate contact details by writing to sahilsaiyed607@gmail.com. Order invoices are retained for statutory record-keeping periods before secure archival or deletion.
